Hey Jen,

Glad you appreciated the quotes! Like you said, I was definitely in flow states during certain sections of the book, also like I often am while blogging too!

Now that I've read it and I feel like I've got a understanding of the book I can use some of the principles in the book that I'm writing for the younger generation. It's definitely worth a try!

Hey Michelle!

I couldn't agree more and yes it totally is like being in the moment, not even so much engrossed in what you're doing, but you're psychic energy, is none the less, intensely focused on a particular aspect. Definitely worth a read! :-D

In a way, you must have experienced this harmony while reading the book. Just a thought. Anyway, the quotes you shared are very insightful indeed. As you said, perhaps they need to be reconstructed in order to appeal to the younger crowd. I think the next generation would greatly benefit from reading books like this. It offers a different view and approach to life, something they might need.

Hi Amit,

It seems to be describing "being in the moment" and "being centered."

Sounds like a very interesting book, and I agree that a version for young adults would be great. Schools put so much emphasis on future accomplishment, learning about being "in the moment" or in the "flow" is a much-needed balance.
