		<description>Thanks Lyman, I think it&#039;s great that you&#039;re doing your journeys without music.  I do the same sometimes too and I find that it truly gives me a chance to work on myself and do things like meditate.  :)  I&#039;ll keep you updated on the book! ;)</description>

For the past couple of weeks, I&#039;ve driving my commute to work without any noise on the way: no  tapes or Cd&#039;s (not even personal development ones!), no music, no radio, nothing but my own thoughts.  Sometimes I&#039;ve been using the time for reflection, sometimes for meditation (eyes open!), sometimes for affirmations, and sometimes with just awareness, like you talk about.  I&#039;ve got to say that I&#039;ve been feeling a lot better, and enjoying the journey a lot more, since I started doing this.</description>
