On Friday I had the great privilege of meeting and playing a game with Rajiv Ouseph who is the number 1 badminton player in England.
He came along to meet some of the kids at our club which put a huge smile on their faces as they had their pictures taken with them and he even gave them his autograph….it put a huge smile on my face too! 
This week he’s off to Malaysia for the Thomas Cup (Badminton’s equivalent to the Tennis Davis Cup) so join me in wishing him and the rest of the team all the best in the tournament.
Update: On the 14th of October 2010 Rajiv won the Silver in the Commonwealth Games – Congratulations!
