		<description>sick leave...well there&#039;s only so much you can take before they start asking questions.  As for you decision to take the sick leave and the result...i can totally relate...that&#039;s why I took the holiday in the first place.  I did fell refreshed but I regretted not getting more done.

However, anytime extra I do spend at work, more often than not, I do things that I need to get done for me, not for work.</description>

Recently when having time off I go back to work more exhausted than when I left. I took some sick leave just so I could have some time to myself. No family, no TV, just me getting on with all the stuff that had built up around me just waiting to get done. I feel much more refreshed.
