Loving Meditations

I was on the success articles blog and came across this wonderful post on loving affirmations. You can also use these during meditation to create immense inner power. Affirmations are incredibly powerful as they change your vibration and emmanate throughout the universe to create the experience that you are affirming. Enjoy! ;)

Update: I just saw this on Steves Blog on the power of affirmations, whatever you choose to believe, the only way to know is to try for yourself! ;)

I am one of those people who is not sure about affirmations. This said, since I sit on the fence – I see little downside. Sure beats negative self-talk.

I agree in the sense that the thought itself changes nothing. What has to change is your belief and pure intent and if that is the case then they can be quite powerful. As Seawave entitled one of her posts – “Experimenting on ourselves” so if you’re never sure about something give it a go! Try it for a while! But a warning to any readers, it takes, patience, practise and any expectations will prevent getting results.
