Hey There,

Absolutely, our reality is defined by the way we think about it. If we think an event is bad, we'll treat it as such, yet if we can find the blessing in situations, no matter how tough they may be, then that thought will forever shape the way in which we see and approach it.

very interesting article! I never realised that we are the creators of ourreality in many ways and that everything we say is reflection of our own thoughts... we create what we think about...

Hi kavikim,

I'll reserve an office for you...one with a garden view, of course! :-)

Your future house sounds wonderful, too! Since you'll be working with me, I'm sure I'll get to see it sometime, maybe stop over for a cup of coffee and enjoy the good energy with you. :-)

Michelle - I'll come work there! I practise massage! Consider me your future room mate ;)
My future house has an outdoor room, used for meditation, yoga and general relaxation, with massive cosy features, over looking a huge green field. There are colour lantans and wind chimes, dream catch's attached to the trees, and a huge wiker chair big enough for 5 people to sit in. Inside the house is all one level - huge lounge, amazing kitchen for all the cooking and entertaining that i do, and loads of bedrooms, for the many friends that will come to my house to stay for relaxing weekends. The general feel of the house is cosy, light and happy! I want it to always ring with laughter, peace, love, joy! A place where my family, my husband and my children can always be calm. x x x - Mwahzzzzz!

Hi Amit,

Well, I have a floor plan of a house....a very special house....octagon shaped, with a 34 foot square open space in the center...there's supposed to be a swimming pool there, but I'd rather have a Chinese Scholar's Garden where I can meet with stress management clients, hold meditation sessions and qigong classes and practices....and rent the extra rooms as offices to alternative health care professionals (massage would be nice)...it's a great dream. :-)

I have the floor plan (with a pic of a Chinese garden that I cut & pasted into the center!) here beside my monitor where I can see it while I work on the computer. I sometimes daydream about greeting a client or members of a meditation group at the door and inviting them into the garden...it is small, but incredibly beautiful.....the trees, ferns, flowers are all real, and of course there is a water feature making just enough sound to be relaxing but not so much as to be distracting....I will let you know if it manifests. :-)
